Life changes in the blink of an eye

Sometimes witout realizing, things change a lot and very fast. Just a few weeks ago I was working non stop in a hospital with the backing of attendings and a fantastic nursing crew ... in just a few days I'll become the sole and primary doctor of a small community. Their entire health system is going to depend on me. What did those poor souls do to deserve that!

I'll do my best and aim for an amazing year and to keep everyone incredibly healthy and to know how to tend to them! I'm really nervous because I've been told they've been waiting for a doctor for months now so the expectancies are rather high right now. I hope I can meet their expectations!

I really hope they feel well taken care of!

I lost my glasses almost a year ago and a few days ago I was given as part of a graduation gift a new pair of glasses. I really like them! This is the very first picture of me wearing the glasses, taken like 6 hours after I got them :) I look rather strange and I'm not wearing any make up either. This picture was also taken right after my graduation party so I'm half asleep :P

The graduation party was strange. I went alone with a friend and her boyfriend ... I didn't have anyone to speak to with! This part of the generation apparently had never crossed paths with me because I had never seeen them! It was awkward but I danced a LOT! that was very fun
